How We Bill Commercial
Work-order based: email the scope + store# + photos, we respond within 24 business hours with an estimated range, schedule the visit, execute, and close with before/after photos attached to the final invoice. Net 30 or Net 45 terms available with PO.
$150 minimum + materials. Commercial trip fee: $150 upfront, credited to the job if scope is approved. Recurring-account discount available after 6 visits.
